What do you do when pay day rolls round? Go to Lush of course…
and that’s exactly what I did.

All these purchases were recommendation from my best friend who is obsessed with Lush and knows and owns so much of it so I knew I was in safe hands when I asked for some ideas on what to buy. Plus, we both love the same things so anything she likes I would most likely like too.
The first product I decided to pick up was the Dirty Springwash Shower Gel. I’ve used this once already and OMG it smells amazing. It’s a very minty scent and very refreshing which is great for a shower gel. To me it smells like a Softmints, you know what I’m talking about if you live in the UK. It lathers up great and definitely makes you feel clean.
Rub Rub Rub is a great scrub for preparing your legs for shaving as it really exfoliates the skin and allows the blade to get really close to the skin, leaving your legs super soft and well shaven. Perfect for summer ladies but in the UK we’re really running out of the sun, it never appears anymore.
For 330g of Rub Rub Rub, which is their smallest size, it is £8.75
D’fluff pairs great with Rub Rub Rub as it’s a shaving cream. However I’m not too keen on this product and I don’t think I would re-purchase it. I’m not a huge fan on the scent and I don’t think it lathers up that great compared to normal shower gel which is much cheaper compared to Lush products.
D’fluff retails for £5.75 for 70g.
My friend and I were both a bit hesitate picking this product up because why would you want to put ocean salt on your face? It’s surely would sting and be really harsh on your face, but no, with when they add avocado butter, coconut oil and seaweed absolute it leaves your skin feeling super soft while the salt removes all the dead skin.
This scrub is another great scrub, perfect for your face as well as your body.
For £7.75 for 120g I think it’s well worth the money as it’s really helped my skin.

Now onto the bath bomb section of the haul.
Intergalactic is exclusive to the Oxford Street store. I can’t talk much about any of these bath bombs as I haven’t used them yet…obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to photograph them. But I’ve seen many vloggers film this bath bomb fizz and it makes your bath look incredible. I’m very excited to use this one for myself.
£3.95
Twilight Bath Bomb. £3.35.
Pop in the bath is actually a repurchase for me as when I first tried it I fell in love and immediately wanted another one. For me personally it ticks all the right boxes, it creates bubbles, smells amazing (zesty fragrance) and I personally feels it softens my skin too. And for £3.25 it’s a bargain in my eyes.
Butterball is another one of my favourites, well the Butterbear was and that was exclusive to the Christmas range but when my friend told me it was a year round product but in a ball shape instead I was shocked and had to pick one up asap. This product focuses on softening the skin and making it feel nice and smooth and plus it smells of coco butter…win win. £2.65.

I also picked up the Yoga Bomb but I used that last night and yes I loved it. It was recommendation from the Lush worker and he mentioned it had 15 layers and takes 20 minutes to fully dissolve so I said yes and put it in the basket.

Thanks for reading and supporting. I know I’ve been absent recently but I just wasn’t happy with the content I was producing so I didn’t publish any so decided to take a break until I was happy with the content. I should be back on the blogging ball now and you should be seeing more of me.
If you’ve tried any of the product mentioned above, be sure to leave your thought on them below.

Excellent Lush choices! I love Ocean Salt for a body scrub since I take a reaction to Rub, Rub, Rub which sucks because I really like it. I’ve yet to try Dirty Springwash though so you’ve made me very tempted and interested by comparing it to Softmints… I’ll maybe get that and Dirty shaving cream and see how that combo goes
I like your thinking 🙂
Lush is the best, I can’t trust myself there! Love your blog, looking forward to following.
I know, either can I. I was expecting to spend about 20quid but everything together came to near 50 and I was shocked but at least I’m stocked up for a while aha! Thanks so much 🙂
I have the D’Fluff but like you I wouldn’t re-purchase it as it’s nothing special. I also have the Ocean Salt Scrub and love using it for my body as I find salt is too harsh for the face area. 🙂
See that’s what I was afraid of with Ocean Salt but I have yet to have this problem. My skin isn’t really sensitive though so maybe that’s why?
It’s just the way salt is structured in general for me. It has more uneven edges that make it too rough for me.
Fair enough 🙂 everyone is different and therefore products work different as well 🙂
That butterball looks fab 😍😍
It’s amazing! The first thing I tried in lush and it remains my fav!
